Shipping, Malaysia:
- Free shipping on orders above RM200
- RM10 fee for orders under RM200
- Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 working days after processing.

Bulky & oversized items: Delivered via premium courier (Lalamove Doorstep Service) within the Klang Valley, featuring same-day or next-day delivery (RM25 Peninsular / RM45 East Malaysia).
- Self-pickup is available for large parcels. Contact us to arrange a time.
Shipping, Singapore:
- Free shipping on orders above S$95
- S$5.70 fee for orders under S$95
- Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days after processing.
- Bulky & oversized items: Delivered via specialized courier service at a flat rate of S$14.50 across Singapore.

Order Processing
*Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are processed on the same day.
*Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
