Frame:
To clean the metal frame, simply wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Please avoid using sharp objects or harsh cleaning agents, as they may damage the surface.

Felt:
The high-quality felt used is especially durable and resistant to dirt. Loose debris can easily be removed with a vacuum brush. For stains, we recommend using a dry foam cleaner. Please do not use water or liquid cleaning products.

  Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
