• What payment methods do you accept?

• Can I pay with cash on delivery (COD)?
  At the moment, we do not offer COD. All payments are made securely online at checkout.
• Are your prices inclusive of tax?
  Yes, all prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

  You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
• Do I need to pay for return shipping?
  Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• How long does a refund take?
  Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• How do I measure my pet for the correct size?

We recommend measuring your pet’s neck and chest/girth with a soft measuring tape to ensure the best fit. If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
